The mission of Family Health Center of Marshfield, Inc. is to provide access to high quality health care services for the under-served and to enhance the health of our communities. The Black River Falls Dental Center, operated by Family Health Center of Marshfield Inc. is a Federally funded program in partnership with Marshfield Clinic. The facility, built on land owned by the Ho-Chunk Nation, serves all community members in Jackson and surrounding counties. The Black River Falls Dental Center accepts all patients and all payer types i.e. ForwardHealth, BadgerCare, Medicaid, Medicare, Commercial, Self-Pay and Uninsured. The 12,600-square-foot center has four dentists, three hygienists and 20 support staff. General family dentistry services are provided, including preventative, restorative, operative, prosthodontic, endodontic, diagnostic and emergency care. Hours are Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm.
