Owner and founder Christine Dixon is no stranger to the cheese industry. From growing up on a dairy farm to working with dairy processing companies in the area, she understands and appreciates the hard work that goes into each brick of cheese. That’s why we keep our selection local to support the amazing produce of our Wisconsin farmers.
Find us downtown on the Main Street of Hixton, right off Interstate 94, for a tasty Midwestern treat. Ask anyone what the best day of the week to visit, and they’ll tell you Tuesdays and Fridays (around 11am) for fresh cheese curd samples!
