About Us
The Karner Blue Garden Club formed in 1995 with a strong desire to enhance the beauty of the Black River Falls area. The club generously contributes hundreds of hours each year to maintain the flower beds downtown and around the Chamber office and the hanging baskets placed along Main Street. The Karner Blue Garden Club is supported through membership, generous benefactors, Black River Falls City Recreation Department, volunteer support from the community and various local organizations.
