DESCRIPTION:Community & Cuisine: Dinner After Five\nThe Aging & Disability Resource Services of Jackson County is continuing its aging goal of\nhosting a quarterly Community & Cuisine: Dinner after 5 in which we explore different nutrition\ntopics with our Senior Nutrition program.\nOur seventh session of Community & Cuisine: Dinner After Five will be Thursday\, August 20 th at\n5:00pm at the Department of Health and Human Services\, 421 County Road R\, Black River\nFalls. Join us for the topic\, Preserve the Harvest\, where we will discover canning and food\npreservation techniques to help us enjoy fruits and vegetables year-round. The evening will\ninclude a presentation followed by dinner served and socialization.\nThe meal served will be Vegetarian Sheppard’s pie\, kale crunch salad\, berry muffin\, and\nchickpea blondies. You are eligible to attend this Senior Nutrition program if you are aged 60 or\nolder or attend with a spouse who is aged 60 or older.
