On Saturday, May 10, from 10 a.m. to noon, the Friends of the Black River Falls Public Library are sponsoring another Tech Help @ the Library presentation. This month’s topic will be: Online Security. Learn steps and strategies you can take to protect your information and improve your safety while using the internet. This class is designed for basic technology users who want to become more proactive in protecting their online safety. You’ll learn about password safety, privacy, how to protect your personal information, how to avoid scams, and more. Bring your device if you have one along with any passwords you might need. Participation is free of charge; however, registration is required on or before Wednesday, May 7. Please call the Library at 715-284-4112 to register.
