Welcome to the best place to camp and ATV in central Wisconsin! We offer a family friendly campground with something for people of all ages. We have a bar and restaurant that is open seven days a week. There is a mud pit and play area for your ATV as well as access to both Clark and Jackson County ATV trails. Ride right from your camper, tent or cabin to the trails! Our activities include volleyball, mini golf, swimming and horse shoes.

Directions: Exit # 116, Hwy 54 for 6 miles east to County K. Turn north for 8 miles to Clay School Road. Turn east for a mile to the park.

East Fork – Family Camping

North end of State Forest on Campground Road. 25 camp units, drinking water, 1 mile nature trail. On the banks of the East Fork of the Black River. Canoe downstream to Lake Arbutus, which has a swimming beach and boating opportunities. Hike the nature trail along the riverbank and see the wildlife that abounds in the State Forest. 5 pull-thru sites. Vehicle Permit.
Directions: Exit #116 to Hwy 54 East for 4.5 miles to County Road K. Turn left on K toward Hatfield, then 6.5 miles to Clay School Road. turn right on Clay School Road to Campground Road.

East Fork – Horse Camping

Beautiful quiet country campground surrounded by woods with rock outcroppings for exploring. Well stocked kid’s fishing pond, giant jumping pillow, playground and heated swimming pool. Free wagon rides on weekends as well as an ice cream social and pancake breakfast. Big Rigs welcome as well as tenters and smaller campers. We have 7 sleeping kamping kabins, one mini lodge with a bathroom but no kitchen and a lodge with both kitchen and bathroom. All of our kabins/lodges have heat and air conditioning. County Park & Campground. Once the site of a logging camp in the 1800′s, Merlin Lambert County Park is now a rugged out-of-the-way park in the Jackson County Forest. Its location on Potter’s Flowage attracts anglers in search of pan fish, muskellunge and bass. 20 campsites, drinking water, boating, hiking, playground. Fee or park sticker required.
Directions: Exit # 116, take Hwy 54 east for 20 miles to McKenna Road. Turn south and continue for 4 miles.

The former site of an iron mine, Wazee Lake attracts scuba divers due to its clarity. 15 miles of hiking/biking trails may give visitors a glimpse of two endangered species that inhabit the park: the timber wolf and the Karner Blue butterfly. 12 campsites, drinking water, boating (no motors), hiking, scuba diving.
