Black River Area Photo Submissions

By submitting photographs (the "Images") to the Black River Area Chamber of Commerce (the "Chamber"), the submitter (the "Photographer/User") agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Grant of License and Consent
The Photographer/User hereby grants to the Black River Area Chamber of Commerce, its officers, employees, agents, and designees, a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute the submitted Images.

2. Authorized Uses
The Chamber is authorized to utilize the Images in any and all of its publications, promotional materials, advertising, and communications, in any medium now known or hereafter developed. This includes, but is not limited to:

Print Media: Brochures, newsletters, annual reports, press releases, advertisements, and other printed materials.

Digital Media: Official Chamber website, email communications, digital displays, and online advertisements.

Social Media: Posts, profiles, and advertisements on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and YouTube.

3. Waiver of Compensation
The Photographer/User agrees that they will not receive any compensation for the use of the Images by the Chamber and hereby waives any rights, claims, or interest in any and all proceeds derived from such use.

4. Rights and Permissions
The Photographer/User warrants and represents that:

They are the sole owner of the Images and have the right to grant this license and consent.

The Images do not violate the copyright, trademark, or any other proprietary rights of any third party.

They have obtained all necessary permissions, releases, or consents from any recognizable persons, properties, or entities appearing in the Images to allow the Chamber to use the Images as described herein.

5. Credit and Attribution (Optional)
The Chamber reserves the right to use the Images without identifying the Photographer/User. If attribution is provided, it will be at the sole discretion of the Chamber. The Photographer/User agrees that the Chamber’s failure to include credit does not constitute a breach of this policy.

6. Effective Date
This consent is effective immediately upon submission of the Images to the Black River Area Chamber of Commerce and shall be binding upon the Photographer/User and their heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.

By submitting my photograph(s) to the Black River Area Chamber of Commerce, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the terms of this Photo Submission and Release Consent Policy.
