Held at the Andrew Blackhawk Pow-Wow Grounds, this annual gathering honors Native American heritage while bringing together dancers, drummers, artists, and families from across the region.
Taking place May 23–25, 2026, this free, family-friendly event invites everyone to witness vibrant regalia, traditional drumming, and dynamic dance competitions. The weekend features Grand Entries on Saturday and Sunday at 1:00 PM & 7:00 PM, and Monday at 1:00 PM, along with daily dance specials and day pay opportunities.
Additional highlights include:
- Flag Raising Ceremony – Monday at 10:00 AM
- Drum & Dance Registration – Saturday (10 AM – 6 PM)
- Native vendors offering authentic crafts and food
- Camping available for a full weekend cultural experience
The pow-wow serves as a time of gratitude, remembrance, and unity—welcoming all to celebrate and learn about Ho-Chunk traditions. The event is alcohol- and drug-free, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all attendees.
