This individual is responsible for providing valued customer service to Loan Officers and customers while assisting with the lending process. Duties include organizing and maintaining loan files to proactively meet Loan Officer and customer needs. This role also includes providing exceptional customer experiences by processing customer transactions in a courteous and professional manner with accuracy and efficiency as a backup Teller. Previous bank experience is preferred, but not required.
