Black River Falls United Methodist Church is seeking candidates for the position of Office Manager.
This is a part-time position requiring up to 20 hours per week. Job duties include answering and directing phone calls, mail and email communications to include newsletter and informational items, and acting as primary contact for venders, visitors, members, ect.
Task include management of church calendar and building use schedules, and weekly preparation of church service bulletins and video screen slides.
The office manager will be responsible for computer backups, scans, and software updates. Other IT responsibilities include website and Facebook page management, and knowledge of YouTube for Sunday worship services. Other monthly, annual and periodic duties as assigned.
