We are currently hiring for an Order Entry Specialist. Flash4 is looking for a proactive, personable, well-organized individual to join our team as an Order Entry Specialist. In this role, you will provide essential support to the Sales and Customer Care departments, ensuring a smooth and efficient operations. Key responsibilities include entering various customer orders, managing and tracking customer tickets, and collaborating with team members to fulfill product quotes. Additionally, you may handle various clerical tasks, such as filing, document management, and other administrative duties as assigned. This position will report to one of our Senior Sales and Service Associates and allows for growth within our company.
