Prepare for one of life’s most important moments with the Childbirth Education Class at Black River Health.
This comprehensive class is designed to help expectant parents feel confident and informed as they approach labor and delivery. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of pregnancy changes, the stages of labor, and the childbirth process, along with practical tips to help navigate the experience.
Led in a supportive and educational environment at Black River Memorial Hospital, this class also offers the opportunity to ask questions, connect with healthcare professionals, and build confidence before your baby arrives.
Pre-registration is requested, and a minimum of three participants is required for the class to be held. Attendees are welcome to bring beverages and snacks to stay comfortable during the session.
