Help the Black River Falls Public Library Go Solar – Community Fundraising Campaign
May 11
Join the Black River Falls community in powering a brighter, more sustainable future! The Black River Falls Public Library is launching an exciting initiative to bring solar energy to one of our community’s most cherished landmarks—and we need your help to make it happen.
Thanks to grant funding and the generosity of a community donor, we’re already part of the way there. Now, we’re calling on residents, businesses, and supporters to help us meet a $3,000 donation match that will directly fund the installation of solar panels on the library.
This project is more than just an upgrade—it’s an investment in clean energy, long-term savings, and environmental stewardship. By contributing, you’re helping preserve the legacy of Wisconsin’s first public library while supporting renewable energy for generations to come.
How to Participate:
Donations of any size are welcome and appreciated. Checks can be made payable to the Black River Falls Public Library and dropped off directly at the library.
Together, we can make a meaningful impact—one contribution at a time. Let’s come together and help our library go solar!
