Swimming Lessons with Cathy (Lunda Community Center)

Class Options (3:30 – 4:00 PM):
- Preschool Level 1 (Age 4-5): For children comfortable in the water who can fully submerge. Focuses on front/back float and front glide (all ASSISTED). (Note: No parent in the water.)
- Level 2: For children who can jump into shallow water, fully submerge head, and front/back float and glide (UNASSISTED). Focuses on combining arm and leg movements for a short distance.
