Join us for one or all of our Warmer in Winter wellness series.
Each month we will embark on a 2-hour journey that prioritizes self-compassion and wellness. We will begin with a deeply restorative yoga practice followed by an immersive sound journey and end the evening with connection and reflection along like-minded souls over complementary tea.
This journey will help to relax the nervous system, help reset your energy, connect to inner self, promote stress management, help you stay grounded, promote good sleep and invite in deep rest and relaxation. Just to name a few benefits.
