Mindfulness for Moms at the Lunda Community Center offers a supportive space for mothers and caregivers to pause, reconnect, and refill their cup.
Led by Bethany, this welcoming support group is designed to uplift participants in the journey of motherhood. Each session creates space for meaningful discussion, breathing exercises, guided meditation, energy healing, and open conversation in a calm, community-centered environment.
This program gives mothers and caregivers a chance to step away from the noise, listen to their instincts, connect with others, and return to the wisdom they already carry within. On-site child watch is available through the Lunda Community Center for qualifying ages, making it easier for caregivers to take part.
